Quantum ERP Solutions is a certified Epicor Service Partner headquartered in Laguna Beach, California, supporting Epicor, NetSuite, Zoho, Celigo, ADP and Claude AI.
Quantum grew out of a long relationship with Epicor. Our founder, Ahmed Hamidi, joined Epicor in 2007 and spent years working inside the product before starting his own consulting practice in 2017.
He built the practice deliberately. Before pursuing partnership, he mastered Application Studio so customizations could be built the right way, then added ECM and Automation Studio to offer clients more than standard configuration. Early growth came through staff augmentation engagements, years of attending Epicor Insights, and relationships with fellow partners built one project at a time. In 2019, Quantum joined the Epicor Certified Partner Program as a Service Partner.
The goal from day one was a close-knit team that grows together, and client relationships that last well beyond go-live.
Since 2017, Quantum has grown five times in size. That growth has been self-funded: we reinvest the majority of our revenue back into the company, into training, certification, new platforms and the people who deliver the work.
Our core Epicor expertise spans every major release, from Vantage and Vista through Epicor 9, Epicor 10 and today’s Kinetic platform. We uplift Classic screens to modern Kinetic screens with Application Studio and work across ECM, CPQ, PRISM and Automation Studio. Beyond Epicor, we now support NetSuite, Zoho, Celigo, ADP and Claude AI, so clients can bring their ERP, integrations, payroll and AI work to one partner.
Our team is based in North America, with headquarters in Laguna Beach and consultants across New Jersey, Maryland, Florida, Portland and Canada. We recruit recent graduates from U.S. universities and guide them through a rigorous Epicor Services Consulting certification track. Alongside our own team, we work with a network of distinguished subcontractors who bring 20+ years of industry and software experience across finance, operations, software architecture, customizations, upgrades and functional consulting, in industries including manufacturing, distribution, pharmaceuticals and non-profits.
Our motto has not changed: work together, grow together. At Quantum ERP Solutions, we don’t just implement software. We build lasting partnerships.
